Always Tired?

We all struggle with poor sleep sometimes. It affects everything—from your mood and concentration to your long-term health.

Not About Showering!

Sleep hygiene is a set of daily habits that promote consistent, restorative sleep. It's about setting the stage for good rest.

Stick to a Schedule.

Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends. Consistency reinforces your body's sleep-wake cycle.

Make it Cool & Dark.

Keep your bedroom quiet, dark, and cool. Use blackout curtains, a fan, or a white noise machine to create a perfect sleep environment.

Power Down Early.

Avoid smartphones, tablets, and TVs at least 30-60 minutes before bed. Blue light interferes with your sleep-inducing hormones.

Watch Caffeine & Alcohol.

Avoid large meals, caffeine, and alcohol right before bedtime. They can disrupt sleep and reduce quality. Opt for lighter options earlier.

Start a Ritual.

Try calming activities before bed: a warm bath, reading a book, listening to soft music, or meditating. Your body will learn it’s time to sleep.

Get Moving Daily.

Regular physical activity can help you fall asleep faster and enjoy deeper sleep. Avoid strenuous exercise too close to bedtime.
